Self-help and Apps These resources may be services such as apps, online therapies or books that offer ways of managing mental ill health without direct contact with medical professionals.

Student These resources are aimed at or relevant to university students. They range from university counselling services, to anti-stigma campaigns, to support groups.

Support Services Charities and other organisations that offer practical support for people experiencing mental ill health (e.g. assisted housing, legal advice etc.).

The Oxford Mental Health Network (OMHN) is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to connecting young people in Oxfordshire to the mental health support that they deserve through awareness campaigns, social media and the OMHN website. We recieve no public funding and are only able to operate through the help of private donations and grants. Any funding we recieve goes straight into the projects and campaigns that we run. Our team is made up entirely of volunteers.
