What do we need to know to make a change on racism and children & young people’s mental health?
Emerging Minds will be having two events; one for young people aged 16-24 on 16 January 2021 and one for other key stakeholders such as professionals, researchers, community organisations, therapists etc. on 21 January 2021.
To register for these events, please use these zoom links below:

Both these events and the rapid scope review we are currently conducting will ultimately shape our upcoming funding call we’ve previously mentioned.
Please do get in touch with Fiyory if you’d like to get involved with these events at info@emergingminds.org.uk
We are also delighted to be supporting a new special interest research group in 2021 which will focus on ‘Crucial conversations on youth mental health and racism’ which is being developed by Early Career Researchers at the University of Nottingham Zonke Zungu and Karen Mkithika along with Florence Ruby and Kate Dalzell at the Child Outcomes Research Consortium and Prof Kam Bhui from the University of Oxford.
Watch this space for more details of this in the new year!
